KH: Star Wars 2nd Visit II

Part 2

On the ship, Sora took out the keychain he had gotten last time and placed it on the Keyblade turning it into a lightsaber. They landed and everyone got off. They looked up and saw a temple not too far off.

Sora sighed, "Not another temple."

"Get use to it Sora. They're everywhere." Anakin said.

Anakin told the troops to follow them and to keep their guard up. With that they headed towards the temple looking for anything out of place. The weird thing was everything seemed to be in place.

"Are you sure there are Heartless here?" Sora asked.

"Don't forget Sora. The Heartless can appear very quickly and disappear just as fast." Riku explained.

"I know you've said that over a million times." Sora rolled his eyes.

"Everyone be on your guard." Anakin told the clones.

They pointed their blasters forward as everyone else got their weapons ready. They started to walk through the temple keeping a close eye out. Suddenly Sora stopped walking sensing something.

"What is it?" Anakin asked.

"Something's coming." Sora said.

The ground started to shake and break up beneath them.

"Jump!" Riku shouted.

Everyone jumped landing safely on solid ground with a little help from the Force. They lost some of the clones but then a figure jumped out. Anakin, Ahsoka, Plo Koon, and Nausicaä knew who that was.

"Ventress!" Nausicaä shouted.

"Who?" Sora asked.

"Ventress is Count Dooku's assassin." Anakin said.

Sora looked worried as Ventress landed nearby and looked at them.

She noticed Nausicaä and smiled, "Well I'm surprised to see you here. I thought after our last fight you would have given up."

Nausicaä said, "Well being both a Jedi and a Swordsman means I don't give up. No matter what happens."

"Big words for a Padawan." Ventress said with a smile.

Nausicaä stood ready for an attack when Anakin demanded, "What are you doing here Ventress."

Ventress smiled again and said, "I'm here because my master sent me here to join someone."

"This someone wouldn't happen to be named Mist?" Yakumo asked.

"You are correct." Ventress said before a second figure came into view.

It was Mist who smiled, "Miss me?"

Yakumo humped and said, "Yeah like I miss the flu."

Mist chuckled, "Good one."

"You're turn." Anakin said to Sora.

"Mist is the girl we've been fighting. She's trying to bring all the worlds into the darkness. Also she is the main controller of the Heartless and Nobodies." Sora explained.

"Correct." Mist said before snapping her figures.

A ton of Heartless showed up and attacked. Ventress got out her two lightsabers and attacked Nausicaä. Nausicaä barely dodged the blow and brought out her sword.

"It's time to finish what I had started." Ventress said.

"That won't happen this time Ventress." Nausicaä said.

"Well see about that." Ventress said charging at Nausicaä.

Nausicaä blocked the blows and tried to attack also. Ventress easily blocked and tried another attack using the Force. Nausicaä was knocked back, landed on her feet, and ran into the temple. Ventress smiled and followed her inside. Plo Koon saw Nausicaä being chased by Ventress, tried to stop her, but was cut off by the Heartless. Nausicaä waited for Ventress to catch up then jumped out of the way of an attack and tried her own attack.

She missed and Ventress attacked but Nausicaä used the Force to help her get away. Outside they were losing more and more clones as more Heartless started to appear.

"This is getting bad." Anakin said.

"Riku!" Sora shouted.

Riku smiled and jumped over to Sora. Then they did their Eternal Session wiping out a lot of the Heartless.

"Whoa!" Anakin shouted.

"Told you we could hold our own." Yakumo said using a fire blast to wipe out some Heartless.

Kairi also wiped out some Heartless and Anakin said, "Come on Ahsoka. They're not showing us up."

"Alright." Ahsoka agreed jumping into the battle.

Plo Koon and Anakin followed but Plo Koon was worried about Nausicaä. With Nausicaä, she was trying hard to dodge Ventress as well as wound her but it wasn't working. Both of them managed to block the others attacks so their battle was not really going anywhere. Then Ventress managed to cut Nausicaä right arm. Nausicaä jumped back and looked at the wound. The wound was deep and bleeding.

Nausicaä charged forward and used the Force to throw Ventress hard against the wall. Ventress actually went through the wall but she still got up. Ventress changed again but Nausicaä blocked it. Nausicaä kicked Ventress in the gut causing her to fall back. Ventress looked mad and charged again this time cutting Nausicaä's leg. Nausicaä stabbed Ventress in the shoulder with her sword and cut her leg with her lightsaber. Ventress pushed Nausicaä away with the Force and threw her out onto a bridge.

    Nausicaä tried to get up but Ventress kicked her in the side. Ventress went to kick her again but Nausicaä grabbed her foot and twisted it throwing her down to the ground. Nausicaä got up but she was wounded. Ventress got up also and looked the same. Ventress charged again and their weapons clashed. The weapons continued to clash causing sparks to fly. Ventress jumped back and hit Nausicaä with some quick blows.

Nausicaä slashed at Ventress cutting her in a few places. Ventress used the Force to throw Nausicaä back down on the bridge hard. Nausicaä tried to get up but Ventress used her Force to rise her up from the ground. Then Ventress slammed Nausicaä into the bridge hard. Nausicaä got back up and pushed Ventress using her Force.

Ventress smiled and said, "You're Force is weak. You can't defeat me. You might as well give up now."

Nausicaä was breathing heavy, "Never."

"Then you shall die." Ventress said charging at her.

Nausicaä dodged but she couldn't stay up anymore. She fell to one knee as Ventress charged again. She thought it was over but she wasn't about to give up. When Ventress got closer, she swung her sword and her lightsaber at Ventress. Down where everyone else was fighting, they were just wrapping up finishing off the Heartless. Sora destroyed the last one and sighed.

"That's all of them." Riku said out of breath.

Plo Koon looked up at the temple and was about to take off when he was stopped by Mist.

"Where do you think you're going?" Mist asked.

"To save my Padawan." Plo Koon said.

Mist chuckled and said, "You won't have to worry about her. I'm sure that Ventress would finish her off."

Sora looked at Yakumo who nodded in return. Yakumo lit her sword on fire and threw it at Mist. Of course she jumped away to dodge giving Sora and Plo Koon the chance to run into the Temple. Mist watched them and knew she had been tricked.

"You're wasting your time. By the time they get there Nausicaä will be dead." Mist said.

Yakumo caught her sword and said, "We'll take our chances."

Yakumo rushed forward and tried to hit Mist but she disappeared at the last second.

Yakumo sighed, "Should have seen that one coming."

Sora and Plo Koon ran through temple as fast as they could. They got to the bridge and saw Nausicaä and Ventress lying on the ground. Plo Koon rushed over to Nausicaä and saw she was knocked out. She had multiple deep bleeding cuts all over her body and she looked like she was barely breathing.  

"Nausicaä! Can you hear me?" Plo Koon asked.

Nausicaä's eyes opened slightly indicating that she was still alive.

_"Master…" Nausicaä said weakly.

"Nausicaä don't try to talk. You need to save your strength." Sora said.

_{"Ventress…..she's….."} Nausicaä tried.

Sora looked and saw Ventress starting to move. Ventress also had cuts but some were not bleeding anymore. He brought out his Keyblade but all she did was press a button on her waist. A ship came over and took her away.

Sora put this Keyblade away and bent down next to Nausicaä, "Don't worry she's gone. She's not going to hurt you right now."

_{"Good……Master I don't think…..I can….make it…"} Nausicaä said as her voice faded.

"Nausicaä hold on. We need to get her some help." Plo Koon said.

"Do you have a way to contact Anakin?" Sora asked.

Plo Koon nodded taking off his communicator and handing it to Sora.

Sora pressed the green button and said, "Anakin can you hear me?"

With Anakin, his communicator went off and he answered, "What is it Sora?"

"Nausicaä's in big trouble. She needs help right now." Sora said.

"What happened?" Anakin asked.

"Nausicaä and Ventress got into a fight. It left both of them badly wounded. Yakumo get up here now!"  Sora demanded.

"On it!" Yakumo shouted.

Yakumo rushed away from the ship and suddenly sprouted wings. She took off flying towards Nausicaä hoping to get there in time.

Anakin looked at Riku and he said, "I'm sure Sora has told you of her healing ability. Well Yakumo has a few other abilities like sprouting wings."

"Well that makes more sense. Sora has some weird friends." Anakin said with sigh.

Riku glared at him, "What's that suppose to mean?"

"Think of it as a Jedi complement." Ahsoka said.

When Yakumo got near the bridge, she made her wings disappear so she could fall. She landed on her feet and rushed over to them.

"How is she?" Yakumo asked as she got closer.

"Not good. She needs you now Yakumo." Sora said.

Yakumo quickly bent down next to Nausicaä and started to heal her.  Nausicaä wounds started to disappear and soon she was healed. Though she had passed out again, Plo Koon carefully picked her up so he could take her back to the ship. Sora and Yakumo followed him and then they left the planet. Once they were on the bigger ship, Plo Koon took Nausicaä to the Medical Room so she could rest. The doc droid looked her over and said that she would be fine.

It took a few hours before Nausicaä woke up again. When she did, she gasped and sat straight up. Plo Koon had stayed in the room to wait for her and when she woke up he went over to her.

"Nausicaä it's alright." Plo Koon said placing a hand on her shoulder.

"Master what happened?" Nausicaä asked.

"You were knocked out from a battle with Ventress. Ventress got away and Yakumo was able to heal you. I brought you to the Medical Room to rest." Plo Koon explained.

"Oh did everyone else make it out ok?" Nausicaä asked.

"We lost a number of clones but Anakin, Ahsoka, Sora, and his friends all made it out." Plo Koon explained.

Nausicaä nodded slightly and Plo Koon said, "I'm glad you're alright Nausicaä."

"Glad to be alive Master." Nausicaä said.

"Do you need more rest Nausicaä?" Plo Koon asked.

"No I'll be alright Master." She said standing up.

Plo Koon nodded, "Then let us go and met up with everyone."

Nausicaä nodded too and they walked out of the room. They went to the bridge which everyone looked up when they entered.

"Well look who's awake." Sora said.

"Thanks to Yakumo. Without her, I'm not sure I could make it."

"No problem Nausicaä." Yakumo said.

Nausicaä smiled and then asked, "How did everything go on the planet?"

"We lost a huge number of clones but all the Heartless are gone." Riku explained.

Yakumo nodded, "Mist also ran away so we shouldn't see her again for a while."

"Well she come back here?" Anakin asked.

Sora shook his head, "No she shouldn't but she always could."

"So you're saying that we should stay on our guard." Anakin pointed out.

"Basically." Sora said shrugging.

Anakin smiled and said, "By the way Sora catch."

Sora turned just in time to catch a communicator that Anakin had tossed at him.

Sora looked at Anakin who explained, "You can use that to upgrade your ships communicators so we can actually get in touch with you if this happens again."

"Yeah we'll work on it." Riku said.

"Hey Nausicaä what did Ventress mean by 'our last fight'?" Kairi asked.

Nausicaä sighed and said, "This wasn't the first time Ventress and I have fought."

Yakumo asked, "When did you guys last fight?"

"A while ago." Nausicaä answered.

"Really?" Sora asked.

"Yes why?"

"Well because your master told us you got into an accident that made you lose your arm a while ago." Riku explained.

"Yeah the fight with Ventress and me losing my arm happened at the same time." Nausicaä explained.

"Care to tell us how?" Yakumo asked.

Nausicaä nodded and said, "It happened a while after I first became a Padawan. I was on a mission with Anakin and Ahsoka when we walked into an ambush. Ventress was there and she attacked us then started to go after me. She told me that since I was new, she would end my life first. We fought and she did manage to overpower me by quite a bit. She was actually about to kill me when more reinforcements came in. Not happy about not being able to kill me, she decided to cut off my arm before she ran off."

Nausicaä placed a hand on her metal arm, "When I woke up in the Medical Room, I already had this metal arm on. It was hard at first to get the Force to work with the arm but I got through it."

"Do these guys have any honor?" Riku asked.

"Not that we've seen." Anakin said.

"So that's why you guys are trying so hard to bring them down." Sora suggested.

Ahsoka shrugged, "It's our job."

Then a clone came in and saluted, "Sir."

"What is it?" Plo Koon asked.

"You're needed on another mission Sir."

"Alright." Plo Koon said and the clone left.

Nausicaä sighed, "Our work is never done."

"Are you sure you're up for this Nausicaä?" Plo Koon asked.

Nausicaä nodded, "I'll be alright Master."

"Then let us go." Plo Koon said walking towards the door.

Nausicaä turned to Sora and his friends, "Well thanks for coming to help us."

"No problem." Sora said.

"Hopefully we'll meet again." Nausicaä said going over to her master.

"If it is the will of the Force." Sora said.

Nausicaä sighed and shook her head slightly. Then they left the room.

"So what now?" Anakin asked.

"Since everything is peaceful here then we have to go." Sora explained.

Anakin nodded and asked, "To protect the other worlds?"

Sora nodded and said, "They calling for us."

Riku, Kairi, and Yakumo agreed and went to join Sora.

Anakin sighed and said, "Well it's been fun….as far as near death experiences go."

Sora chuckled, "See ya around Anakin."

"Good luck on your training Ahsoka." Yakumo said.

With that they left the bridge and went to the hanger. They got into the Gummi Ship and Riku programmed the course back home. They took off passing the bridge as they went. Anakin smiled slightly watching Sora and his friends take off before turning. He walked back to the monitor with Ahsoka by his side.
